Bio
There's not much to tell about Celeste's homelife. Her parents are normal, her aunt and uncle and cousins are normal and she's a normal girl. Cilly's family is somewhere in the upper middle class, but since the family counts three members, there's no need to worry about money - but that doesn't mean that they're arrogant because of it. They have no financial troubles that Celeste knows of and every summer Celeste works with either her mother or her father to get some extra pocket money in her pockets. They live in a normal sized house in Oxford during the year and holidays, but move to their flat in Kairo whenever they feel like it or for special holidays like Christmas.

Celeste Andegoria St. Martin is the first and only child born of Robert and Sophie St. Martin. She was born on a rather cold night in Paris, France while her parents were visiting her mother's family before Celeste came on Earth, but Cilly was a little early and so was born on 1st April 2004. Her parents haven't known what to name her before she was born, and agreed to wait until she came to the world to name her. When they saw her, they agreed to name her after a vivacious character from Sophie's favourite Muggle romance novel - Celeste - and added what they thought was a cute middle name - Andegoria. But they mostly called her Cilly or Ria. She loves those nicknames.

She was a very bright child and absolutely loved her younger cousins when they came to the world years later. They lived in England most of the time, but moved to Egypt for the winters. It was a nice change from the cold winters in Europe and Celeste absolutely adored excursing through the tombs her father worked in at the time, researching old Egyptian myths and curses. Sometimes she would get lost and her family would find her trying to read the hieroglyphs on the walls somewhere in the middle of the pyramids. Finally, her father succumbed and started teaching her the Ancient Runes and Hieroglyphics as she wanted to learn how to read what the old Egyptians wrote on the walls.

Most of the time, they lived in Oxford though, and Celeste loved the family trips they made every now and then to Rennes-le-Château, a small village near the Couiza train station in Laungedoc, France. The place was full of History and she loved it! She loved the history of it. It's strange how she abhors the History of Magic, but loves Muggle history. She even played that she was a Crusader on the search for the Holy Grail once and went exploring the outskirts of the village.

She's an explorer, so to say (gets it after her mother and father) and it wasn't strange that she would drag her younger cousins with her when they visited or when they had a family reunion, until they were old enough to say no to her. Then she just went alone. Sometimes she even helped her father in the tombs - she loved those times. Her mother taught her French as it was her mother's language before she married an English man (she was a Deveraux before), so she's a bi- or tri-linguist - speaking English, French, and Egyptian.

When she turned eleven she got her acceptance letter from Hogwarts. After a long talk with her parents (her father went to Hogwarts and was in Gryffindor, while her mother went to a muggle college called Harvard in America) they finally agreed to send Celeste to Hogwarts so that she could learn magic, but she could always continue her education in the muggle world later if she wanted.
